Dr. María Rosario García Bellido


Dr. María Rosario García Bellido is a distinguished academic figure renowned for her expertise in the field of Education. Serving as the Vice-dean of Education degrees in Valencia and Castellón, she plays a pivotal role in shaping educational programs at CEU University Cardenal Herrera. With a doctoral degree in Education and a background in Pedagogy and Psychopedagogy, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role, where she directs theses and research projects while actively engaging in undergraduate and postgraduate research initiatives.

An Adjunct Professor at CEU University Cardenal Herrera, Dr. García Bellido contributes significantly to the education sector. She is involved in various research endeavors, including her participation in Dr. Ruth Abril Stoffels' research group focusing on the challenges faced by girl soldiers. Her expertise extends to methodological aspects of the study, and she has authored numerous publications addressing this critical area of research.

María Rosario García Bellido's academic journey reflects a commitment to excellence and continuous learning. She obtained her Bachelor's degrees with honors from the University of Valencia in Pedagogy and Psychopedagogy, complemented by a Master's degree in Policy, Management, and Leadership of Educational Organizations from the same institution.

Throughout her career, Dr. García Bellido has held key positions in academic coordination and teaching. Notably, she served as the Coordinator of the 2nd Grade in Primary Education at Magisterium Castellón UCH-CEU from 2012 to 2014. Her teaching portfolio encompasses a wide range of subjects, with a focus on Research Methodology, Educational Innovation, and ICT.

In addition to her teaching and administrative roles, García Bellido has made significant contributions to educational research. Her work has been published in prestigious journals, covering topics such as educational evaluation, digital competence, and learning methodologies. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Educational Evaluation, María Rosario García Bellido continues to delve into critical aspects of education. Her research focuses on enhancing the "Learning to Learn" competence and refining teacher training methodologies.
