Dr. Rosario Ojinaga Ruiz


Rosario Ojinaga Ruiz is a prominent scholar and jurist specializing in Public International Law and International Relations. Currently, she holds the position of Associate Professor at the University of Cantabria (UC), where she also holds the distinction of being the Jean Monnet Chair in European Union Law.

Her solid academic background includes earning a Law Degree from the University of Cantabria in 1990, followed by the completion of her Doctorate in Law at the same institution in 1999.
